  • Winter chanterelle is a delicious mushroom that burrows in damp environments. It is particularly abundant in peat bogs where the presence of sphagnum is notable. It is a delicate mushroom with subtle forest flavors and slightly fruity aromas. It is a perfect mushroom for risottos, pasta dishes and meat accompaniments. 

     

     

    Yellowfoot mushroom (winter chanterelle) 20G

    • Dried mushrooms can be preserved for many years when stored in a dry place away from light.

    • Soak your mushrooms in lukewarm water for at least 30 minutes so that they regain their size!

      Note that you can keep the cooking water and use it in other recipes.
